Licensed Relationship Associate/Investment Associate to Top FA - SF Bay Area
This is a superb and unique opportunity to work with a top-performing and fastest growing Financial Advisor who is also a Senior Vice President. This individual has been recognized for financial advisory excellence by a highly respected national financial publication. You will be helping to manage the client relationships within a significant book of business. As part of a team, your role is to build, enhance, retain client relationships, and ensure that client needs are met and exceeded on a daily basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for long-term personal and professional growth within a high energy, dynamic, and highly driven team. You will work as a liaison between clients and the Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor.
Day to day activities are centered around placing a large amount of outbound service calls to existing clients in which the goal is relationship building, supplying relevant account information such as account performance, and investigating client financial needs and proposing immediate and long-term solutions to address them.

Must be able to work very well under pressure and with a sometimes high work load. The following skills are a must. Excellent organization skills, superior communication skills, excellent follow-through, excellent time management skills, highly coachable, extremely detail oriended, staying power.
• You must posess a series 7 and a series 66 (or 63 and 65 combination)
• Excellent phone presence required, as well as excellent customer service, verbal, written, and communication skills.

• Must be analytical, and a great problem-solver.
• No sales experience required, as this is not a sales position. It is a position for someone who likes to advise and interact with clients.

VP Level Financial Services Sales Consultant - Chicago
Our client is seeking a Sales Consultant (VP level) in Chicago.
The responsibility of this role is to sell custody, trade execution, technology and consulting solutions to registered investment advisors (RIA's). Responsible for sourcing qualified leads and converting prospects to clients.
Strong candidates will have a proven record of success selling in a business-to-business environment. The successful Sales Consultant has a broad knowledge base of the industry and the RIA business. From cold calling to closing, this salesperson must be capable of leading each opportunity through a long sales cycle to a successful conclusion. Must be capable of engaging business owners in a consultative dialogue and identifying business and organizational issues. Full understanding of industry rules, particularly the selling and servicing to RIA's. Excellent problem solving skills. Respond to questions, research and resolve issues within scope of knowledge and authority. Work in a collaborative team environment and be a positive influence within a team model structure. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent customer service communication skills. Demonstrate courage to express opinions. Continuously raise performance expectations.
Qualifications
Minimum education is a BA, but an MBA preferred. Minimum experience is 3 years in Financial Services Sales, but 5+ years, specifically selling or marketing to RIA's is preferred. Series 7 required.

Experienced sales professional with established relationships with fixed income trading desks of national and regional broker dealers. Extensive knowledge of mortgage backed securities, agency CMOs and whole loan CMOs a must. Solid product training, presentation skills and the ability to present using web casts, sales conferences and mini seminars is needed. Proven track record in establishing fixed income counter party relationships in a wholesale distribution model.

Brokered CD trader. Experienced trading secondary markets with well established relationships within the broker dealer community required. Must have a proven track record of profitability in CDs over several years. Must be proficient in utilizing all available ECNs/ATSs including BondDesk, TradeWeb, Knight Bondpoint to both source and distribute the brokered CD product. Experience in pricing new issue brokered CDs and/or interacting directly with issuing banks, a plus.

My client is looking for 7-10 years of marketing experience in the retirement space with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective marketing plans, creative briefs and communication plans for financial organizations. Must have experience producing compelling, creative online and offline marketing programs for broker-dealers, their investment professionals and their individual investors.

Senior Design Engineer - Midwest

Responsibilities:
The Senior Design Engineer position is responsible for managing and executing engineering projects in support of the firms' business. This will require an intimate knowledge of all applicable codes and specifications used in structural engineering. The Senior Design Engineer will work with a team of engineers and technicians to provide the engineering products required by our clients. The individual must be able to work with and train new and younger engineers. Many of their projects require complete Engineering Services; from conception through implementation. This includes full detailing of all components. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for producing detailed structural calculation packages and all necessary documentation. This position will also be responsible for he overall engineering product of the team working on the project.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering required. Current registration as a Professional or Structural Engineer required. Masters Degree in Structural Engineering or related field preferred. Registration as a Structural Engineer preferred. Minimum of 10 years of combined structural design and heavy construction experience. Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with individuals at all levels of the organization. Travel to construction sites and satellite offices. The physical ability to access all areas of a construction site to measure, obtain data, observe operations, test and inspect as required by the design effort.

This position is accountable for the preparation of project estimates
