Institutional Fixed Income Client Service Associate - SF Bay Area


A privately held investment management firm with over $170 billion in assets under management. Our client manages equity, fixed income, and balanced separate accounts and mutual funds for individuals and institutions.

Position Description
Each separately-managed account is assigned a Client Service Associate (CSA) for the administration of the account. The CSA works closely with the PM to oversee all the administrative aspects of the client relationship. Reponsibilities include:
  • Oversee account openings, closings, and transitions
  • Monitor cash flows
  • Manage and execute asset transfers
  • Monitor, review and document Investment Management Agreements and account guidelines
  • Design and complete client and consultant reporting, including custom reports, compliance letters, due diligence questionnaires and ad hoc reports
  • Interface and develop strong working relationships with all departments, including Portfolio Management, Client Service, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance
  • Manage custodial bank relationships
  • Perform client/firm related project work
Qualifications
  • B.A. / B.S. degree
  • Minimum 5 years Financial industry experience
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Fixed Income products
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and take initiative within area of responsibility

Senior Client Pricing Analyst - SF Area, 3 Month Temp Position

SF Law firm is seeking a temporary Senior Client Pricing Analyst for their San Francisco office. The assignment is for a minimum of 3 months, with a potential to go longer.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • A strong analytical background. Will be able to evaluate pricing models and help measure and report on different types of fee arrangements
  • At least 5 years of experience in positions requiring financial analysis
  • Comfortable with data entry
  • Proficient in Excel (including familiarity with pivot tables, advance Excel functions, V-look up, and "if" statements)
  • Proficient in PowerPoint

Financial Services National Sales Manager - Omaha, NE


Position Summary

Responsible for achieving the Firm's yearly advisory/insurance sales/revenue goals. Position involves leading the Firm's Wealth Advisors to promote the sale of the Firm's investment products through client referrals, networking and company promoted lead generation. Additionally, NSM is responsible for engaging Wealth Enhancement Group in promoting estate planning, income wealth protection and succession planning solutions to individuals, families and corporate clients. Finally, NSM will personally manage client relationships that he/she transitions to the Firm or is assigned from the firm.

Position Accountabilities
  1. Overall responsibility for promoting the sale of investment advisory/insurance products and services to individual, corporate and institutional clients.
  2. Recruits, develops and coaches WAs who are responsible for day to day client management and new advisory asset development.
  3. Ensures budgeted and appropriate staffing levels for WAs and Insurance Advisors for Firm's corporate and future branch offices.
  4. Actively manages his/her incumbent clients that they transitioned to Firm or were assigned from the Firm's current client base.
  5. Works closely with WAs in developing sales plans and budgets to achieve their annual net new assets under management objectives.
  6. Provides support in the preparation of yearly budgets, including revenue and expense targets.
  7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Senior Concrete Engineer - Omaha, NE


Our client is one of North America's largest and most respected construction and engineering organizations. The employee-owned company operates through a network of offices in the United States, Canada and abroad. They offer construction and engineering services in a variety of markets including transportation, water/wastewater, heavy civil, power, oil, gas and chemical, building and mining. They provide in-house estimating, structural engineering, geotechnical and scheduling services to each of the company's districts.

We have an immediate opening in its Construction Services Group for a senior Concrete Engineer. This is a new department within the firm and has structure and guidelines, but the right candidate will own it and grow it. It is part of the Operations Support Group. As a member of the group, this individual will assist the Company by developing concrete knowledge for all stages of concrete operations (pre-bid, concrete development, placement, curing). The individual will act as the company point of contact for jobsites.

Responsibilities:
  • Function as concrete expert/resource responding to inquiries and calls for assistance from jobsites.
  • Develop, conduct, and manage concrete training for Company employees.
  • Assist jobsite personnel with pre-bid evaluation and operation planning (i.e., placing procedures, pumping, constructability reviews, mix design, value engineering, troubleshooting, proposal development, etc.
  • Assist jobsite personnel with planning and analysis of specifications, placing requirements/processes; specialty concrete such as SCC, lightweight, mass concrete, pre-placed aggregate, etc.
  • Assist the Company in reducing their concrete-related quality issues through proactive engagement with jobsite personnel.
  • Industry association involvement with outside organizations such as World of Concrete, Portland Concrete Association (PCA), and American Concrete Institute (ACI).
  • Building and adding to experience in new technologies and other tasks as related to concrete.
Qualifications:
  • Seven to fifteen (7-15) years experience in the concrete arena (mix designs, failure analysis/troubleshooting, technical requirements, testing requirements, ACI requirements, etc.
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, or related field, with demonstrated concrete knowledge and experience. PE preferred, but not required.
  • Active membership in either ACI or PCA required.
  • Demonstrated ability to train others, especially pertaining to the development requirements to ensure a high quality concrete that is cost effective to produce and place.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven leadership, management and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environment.
  • Must meet requirements of eligibility to work Federal Projects and International projects.
  • The ability to travel (up to 40%).
