Susie Yager - named President of local BNI chapter Susie was recently named President of the BYOB (Bring Your Own Business) chapter of Business Networking International. The purpose of a BNI chapter is to share qualified referral leads among the members to help them build their businesses. A chapter is restricted to having only one member from a type of business category. The BYOB chapter has a mortgage sales manager, an attorney, a financial planner, a realtor, an insurance agent, an appraiser and a dozen or so other members. The group also participates in local events and fund raising events for charities.

Gordon Yager has been named Vice-Chairman of the volunteer organization SCORE SCORE volunteers typically have years of successful business experience and want to give back to the communities in which they live. SCORE is partially funded by, and works in conjunction with the Small Business Administration (SBA) of the US Government. The charter is to provide free counseling to start up small businesses and to provide help to struggling small businesses. In addition to his duties as Vice-Chairman, Gordon's role will be as a counselor specializing in sales and marketing. He will also act as an expert in the hospitality market place. Additionally he will take on the role of public speaking on behalf of SCORE.
